1. General Policy

Eligibility Window: You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Product Condition: All items must be in new, unworn, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached.

Exchanges: Products in new condition can be returned for an exchange free of charge. We will cover the shipping cost for the first exchanged item on domestic orders. Any subsequent exchanges for the same order will incur actual shipping costs.

Refunds: For products returned for a refund, a $7.95 shipping and handling fee will be assessed. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange:

Any item marked "Final Sale" or "No Refunds or Exchanges."

Shapewear that includes a panty or bottom portion, for sanitary reasons.

Stockings that have been opened, worn, or damaged by the customer.

Custom-made items.

Discontinued and clearance items may require prior approval. Please contact Customer Service before submitting a return request for these items.
3. Return & Exchange Instructions
Step 1: Start Your Request

Please visit our online Return & Exchange Center to fill out the required web form. You will need your order number and the email, phone number, or shipping zip code associated with your order.
Step 2: Package Your Item(s)

Securely package the product(s) for return.

Important: You must include your invoice, return confirmation email, or a note with your full name and order number inside the package so we can identify your return.

If reusing the original packaging, you must turn the bag inside out to prevent it from being returned to you by the carrier.
Step 3: Ship Your Package

For Domestic (U.S.) Customers: After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation email with a pre-paid return shipping label.

For International Customers: You will receive a confirmation email after submitting your request. International customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and cost-effective shipping method.

4. Special Conditions

Limited Edition Items: We cannot guarantee stock availability for exchanges on limited-edition items. We recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order immediately.

Klarna Orders: Orders placed using Klarna cannot be exchanged. They may only be returned for a refund to your Klarna account. You will need to place a new order for the desired item.

Worn or Damaged Items: Items received with signs of wear or damage will be assessed a 20% restocking fee based on the item's full retail price. In some cases, the return may be denied.

Refused Packages: Any package refused or left unclaimed and returned to us will be subject to a $35 fee, which will be deducted from the refund.

Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return or exchange after it has been received at our facility.
